Who doesn't need to combat stress in their everyday life?I think this quote best summarizes the issue of stress

Astrid Alauda has quote it well! Sometimes responsibilities are not meant for us to carry. We work on, do, and finish our task as went it is but please friends, do not carry this heavy burden with you all the time!
There is a time for everything! Leave your stress and worries where they should belong:- dont let it intrude and rule over even your personal time!
